Even for an anonymous and non-interventional registry, laws and relations may require you to have the approval of an ethics committee, institutional review board and/or other entity, depending on the country and region you are working. Please ensure that all requirements are met.

Therefore it is more important than ever to have clear responsibilities, processes and backups available.
